I also didn't want to trade for a different goalie I didn't really plan on playing, so I leave him on his own to find a team where he feels fit and get him some ice time. I wish him the best of luck in his goaltending endeavors." "On the subject of UDFA's Dan is a guy I've met a few times in the past. Picked in the 7th round, he didn't get much ice and was eventually dropped. I think he has potentially, he's shown in with his prospect Commanders, and I think he's another gamble for one of my substitute positions, but at least he plays the game and can sub, unlike Grab (love u grab :p) As for Huzz, he's someone I've worked with a lot and I've seen how flexible of a player he is. He's done well with his Chiefland Sentinels in division 3, and I definitely consider him a personal friend and another stable sub."

Captain of the Lotus: Bard- "Topher has been somebody that I've always enjoyed being around in the community, and he's had some very solid showing as a Lotus. He also helped with a lot of the negotiating to help make sure I didn't get done poorly. BeeGeePi has grown a lot since the start of the season, and I think he's a very solid flex player that will help NEN a lot. As for Hockevy, he's someone I played with with Maus on HAT in the preseason exhibition, and I look forward to seeing them pair up again on the Lotus. Captain of the NightHawks: Wind- "With how things are going as of now for the Nighthawks, this trade probably comes as a surprise for most. But we are trying to win a championship and we need to consider balancing the team as much as possible. The two defensive studs that Topher and BeeGeePi are will definitely help the blueline and ultimately help our forward group by having less defensive responsibility. It's sad to lose Hockevy and BasiQ, but we had to make the best team trade and they, unfortunately were the parts going the other way. I hope they are successful in Shangai."
